Panelists: Prof. Paola Perez-Aleman
Paola Perez-Aleman is Associate Professor of Strategy and Organization at McGill University. Her research focuses on enterprise development and its links to wider socio-economic processes in emerging and developing economies. Her current projects investigate how clusters and networks of firms emerge and grow; how enterprises in developing countries build technological capabilities; and how firms implement sustainable production practices.
Professor Perez-Aleman earned her Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her B.Sc. degree from the University of California at Berkeley
Fabian Camillo is currently VP at BNP Paribas
Fabian has over 8 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting and projects management. He has experience managing local and overseas teams, nearshoring and offshoring initiatives. Fabian holds a certificate in Financial Management from HEC Montreal and currently works at BNP Paribas as VP Performance Management for North America
Pablo Canepa is Business Development Manager at Pharmascience. Pablo has a proven record in business development and region management. He is a multilingual project manager who leads cross-functional teams to attain commercial objectives in new markets. Pablo holds a MBA from McGill University and currently works at Pharmascience as a Business Development Manager.
